Modern International
This homeowner promised his wife "a little place on the beach in Florida" some years ago and kept the promise with a magnificently modern oceanfront escape, two stories of luxury, technology, and salty breeze. The design concept evolved over time and on-site while we built. As the owners and architects imagined the many complex and concealed features, we responded with inventive engineering and construction solutions to bring their vision to life.
Glass, steel, and concrete are strategically arranged to express volume rather than mass, balance over symmetry. Ornamentation is excluded in favor of sophisticated simplicity and clarity of form. This is Modern International architecture and design.
