JOHN BERNHARDT, Owner

John Bernhardt will personally manage your project from conception to completion. He is a Florida-licensed building contractor with a lifetime of hands-on experience in all facets of construction. His knowledge isn't just theoretical—he appreciates a perfect concrete pour and a flawlessly mitered joint because he's done it with his own hands. He spent his younger days on the job "listening to the old guys," learning everything he could about how to build things the right way. He'll make sure that your home encompasses all of your dreams and that the details meet his high standards.

With John managing both the plan and the build, there is always continuity of vision. He is known for his collaborative approach to building and high level of client service. He is innovative and proactive and always finds a way to accomplish everything you ask for (go ahead and tell him it can't be done if you want to see some real creativity).
